I have one of the simple donut-shaped ones here - http://www.smartmomjewelry.com/ It was awesome on planes since Henry couldn't throw it on the nasty floor and always had something to chew on.

Ha! Never seen anything like it! It has pretty good ratings {which I always look at}. The only con I saw was that it was larger than expected...
