Testing, Testing...

Are you still out there? It has been a month and a day since I have blogged. SORRY--LIFE HAS HAPPENED! So much to share. Over the last month we have:

• traveled to the south
• hit up the beach
• attended (was in) a wedding
• flew on a plane (twice)
• got a haircut!
• spent 10 days away from the love of my life--don't want to do that again. E and I missed 'daddy' way too much but had a blast with family & friends!
• visited the doctor to check on Caleb. All looks great with the little guy!
• Passed a glucose test
• worked, worked, worked. I (Magen) have put in over 40 hours a week trying to work as much as possible!!
• Complete spring semester
• started and finished one summer class
• entered our 3rd and LAST trimester for Caleb---ahh!!
• went to Medieval Times--SOO COOL!
• spent LOTS of time outside running as a family and really enjoying it!
• attended a 2 year old birthday party
• had many photo shoots! whoo hoo!

whew! and I am SURE I have left out some things. So we have been busy busy. As I attempt to catch up, here are a few pictures from my iphone. I know, I know...Daniel always says we have this super nice professional camera and all I seem to take pictures with is my iphone--ooops!

Happy Mother's Day

First let me start off by saying I have a wonderful Mom who is such a blessing. I am so thankful for the woman she is and that we have a wonderful relationship. Thanks Mom for all that you do!!

Today was a great day for me. Started off with a sweet little boy saying "happy mama day" to me bright and early! Nothing like that sweet little voice.

We ate breakfast and then headed to church.

After a wonderful service of worshipping our Lord, the boys took me out to lunch. We are always on the lookout for GREAT deals and we scored one today. There is this new restaurant in town and I had signed up to be on their email list. Well low and behold they sent us a buy one entree get one free! SWEET! Our meal with tax and all was about $10.95 (can't remember the exact but it was 10 something). That was with drinks and all. So much delish food for such a great price. This restaurant is kind of dangerous for us because Daniel is in love with the food and it is really inexpensive for all the food you get. If you come in town, I am sure Daniel will want to take you there!

After lunch we headed home where Eli and I took a good, long afternoon nap. Daniel (of course) did school work while we napped. Once up from the nap, we headed outside to enjoy the beautiful weather.

And last you will see why we are in need of a hair cut. We just haven't taken him yet but need to!

Thanks for all the calls, texts, emails/facebook messages wishing me a Happy Mother's Day. It was a special day for sure!

A few from the weekend...

First, Happy Birthday to my sweet, sweet hubby who I love dearly! We counted tonight and this is the 9th birthday we have celebrated together. And I am NOT kidding when I say he looks the same. I feel like I have the never aging husband ;) So here's to this special man in my life!

Next, here are a few shots from this weekend I wanted to share.

The Birthday Boy (almost)

We went out and celebrated Daniel's upcoming 28th birthday! Yea I said 28...I married a MUCH older man ;). Anyways D is slammed right now with finals coming up, so we went out a couple of days early. His actual birthday isn't till Tuesday. We went to one of D's favorite places...Cheesecake Factory. It was delish as always.

Then we went to burn some energy to none other than Toys R Us! This kid is OBSESSED with trains!

And here I am with Caleb at 23 weeks.

You of course can't tell from the picture but I was totally supporting the rubber band method with these jeans. I am stubborn sometimes and feel the need to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy jeans.

All in all we had a fun night! I love this man more than words can express and I am delighted daily to be walking with him in this journey called life =)
