I'M BACK...with so much to tell!!

I know it has been forever since my last post, but between finishing school, graduation, and starting my new job I could not find the time to write. Anyways I am back and want to fill you in on everything that has taken place.

First off Daniel and I have both had birthday's since I last wrote so happy birthday to us both!


























Also, I graduated from college on May 11th and began my new job as the Assistant Children's Director at out church...

















I wanted to also mention that my brother Shaffer and sister Leslie also graduated but from Auburn (War Eagle!!)


















Daniel, Madie and I have spent the two weekends in a row at the lake which was very relaxing after graduating from college























Madie will be 4 months in less than a week and she is getting so BIG!!



















***Daniel got a HUGE raise so we are not as tight on money as we were before.
We are almost done with our application process to the mission agency which is extremely exciting
And lastly we are going to the beach this week and I am so excited!!!!

The end is near!!

I attended my last chapel today so I am officially done with chapel at SEBC...not that it is a bad thing! I will be completely finished with everything except walking at graduation on Friday!! I can hardly believe my college career is almost over!!


On a side note, Daniel, Madie, and I are going to the lake this weekend with our dear friend Wes and Clare...so relaxing and fun!!

Quick update...

I know that it has been forever since i have posted, but i have been slightly busy...here is what is going on:

1. I had 6 papers...now down to 5 because i turned in my 19 page paper for Greek, due before i graduate

2. My birthday was April 11th so i am one year older

3. I have 3 weeks till graduation

4. My job has picked up since we are planning VBS for this summer

5. I got hired on as full time Children's Assistant after i graduate (yeah no searching for a job) at the Church I presently intern at

6. Daniel turns 24 on May 3rd

7. I took Madie to the doctor yesterday and she weights 13.3lbs...and has PERFECT health!!

8. Finally...WE ARE STILL APPLYING TO THE MISSIONS AGENCY SO PRAY FOR US!! it is a long process which has taught me what it means to have patience!

-Madie is getting so big...we have taught her to sit but we are not completely sure she understands, she just wants a treat...

-Graduation is really soon, but I have 8 papers and 2 presentations left

-I got a job for after graduation...YEAH!!!

-Daniel and I are training for a half marathon

-We will be married for 8 months on April 12th and are more in love than ever....He is the most amazing husband and best friend!!!

-My birthday is APRIL 11th...very soon!!!

Popcorn and a Movie

For a relaxing weekend, Daniel, Madie and I just relaxed...with a few trips to the park for running. Anyways last night and tonight we have spent our time in front of the TV watching The Holiday (last night) and Babel (tonight) with POPCORN. No thought (ok maybe a little) of homework...just pure relaxing and taking a break!...spring break is wonderful. Also we leave for the beach in 3 day...yeah!

New Do...

Many have asked for pictures of my new hair color so here they are (this is for those of you who dont get to see me everyday)....i went back to my old ways, but only with my hair color.

BEACH FUN!!!

So I just wanted to enlighten you on how excited I am right now...WE ARE GOING TO THE BEACH FOR SPRING BREAK!! Ok we are only going the second half of the week not the whole time but geee i am happy! We were invited to go to the mountains the first half of the week, but Daniel could not get off Monday or Tuesday because work is crazy with the doctor being out the week before my spring break so everyone is having operations because he is back.

Anyways, Daniel got off work for the second half of the week and we got invited by Wes and Clare (some good friends of ours from school) to go and stay in a condo at the beach...we could not pass up the offer. Not only is it the beach, but we get to relax and hang out with them. The other exciting part is that Madie is getting to go...they have a little dog named Scout that is going to so Madie will have a friend to play with.

YEAH! We leave in 11 days for the sunny weather and the rolling tide...i cant wait!!

Mission stuff...

Just wanted to update you on our mission's info...we sent in our preliminary application and they e-mailed us back and told us our next steps which will take a while. We are in the process of filling them out so pray for us because it is alot of work! also we are still very excited about doing mission's for the Lord! One last thing, Daniel has finally gotten into blogger and created another link called Our Journey to Missions on the side bar, so it will keep you informed on what is going on...read it and enjoy!
